GEMINI : The CFDT reminds Management of their commitments
At Suresnes by end of November, 165 employees without any validated solution were remaining. In spite of all the efforts deployed by the Human Resources, the CFDT fears that the number of people in the “remaining to do” at the 2018, June 30th deadline be close to hundred…
The CFDT reminds Management that they made the commitment to take every possible measure to avoid resorting to dismissals in front of the European Works Council (SEWC) and during the meeting with Tom ENDERS. No doubt, new social measures will be necessary to stick to this commitment.
AIRBUS Management was also reminded by CFDT that the Staff Council must be informed and consulted every 3 months on the implementation and follow-up of the social measures of GEMINI. A first consultation will be made on December, 12th during an AISC extraordinary meeting. The CFDT has requested that during this meeting, heads of functions impacted by “automatization” present a progress status on its deployment. •
